Aussies In London

There are several paths to take if your sublease is refusing to leave the property after the agreed date. You will need to officially serve them written notice. If they ignore this you will be able to seek a court possession order.

If they do not respond to this, you may have to forcibly evict them by changing the locks whilst they are not in the property.

It’s advisable to seek legal advice for the most effective steps.
